Indirect Restoration for Third Molar

I tried to save this third molar as it was tested vital and the lower 1st molar was missing. As well, the patient afraid from any kind of surgery

Initial situation with deep caries within lower third molar

Isolation after initial caries removal

when removing deep caries i prefer to work under RD isolation so that when pulp exposed i have a chance to go with direct pulp capping

Caries removal endpoint

Sealing the dentin with adhesive biobase (hybrid layer + Flowable layer + 2mm increments of APx composite)

Bonding indirect restoration (lithium disilicate) with heated composite
