- Case of radix entomolaris of lower left first molar
- The patient came complaining from spontaneous lancinating pain in lower left area
- After clinical examination we found lower left first molar with large carious lesion and diagnosed as acute irreversible pulpitis
- The molar had an additional distolingual root(radix entomolaris)
- This root had a severe curvature in its apical third ..it needs patience and time to shape it properly without any mishap
- WL was determined for each canal then they were shaped, irrigated and obturated by CLC technique using resin sealer
