36 years old female patient, came our clinic, looking for esthetic in her upper right canine, there was no spontaneous pain but only slight sensitivity during drinking, after testing the tooth with heat and cold test , the was vital, X ray showed no any changes in periapical area.
After isolation, all caries removed, indirect capping to the pulp since it became shiny.
Sandblasting, etching to enamel, Se clearfil bond , palatal shell and proximal wall with composite, Ever X for dentine replacement.
Direct composite with Layering technique
Finishing and polishing in the same visit
Follow up after 2 years.
