Chief Complaint: 13 years old Female Patient Came to Clinic Complaining of Bad
aesthetics, inability to Chew food properly and bad mouth Odor
Diagnosis: Upon Comprehensive full Clinical Examination and Panoramic Radiograph
taken, it was Established multiple treatments and Retreatments needed to achieve
optimum aesthetics and best management to preserve badly destructed permanent
dentition. Patient has showed in her medical history to suffer from Ricketts Disease at
young age and with multiple abnormalities in the morphology of the permanent
dentition causing Caries development to be easier and less predictable
Treatment Plan was Formulated to start treating the lower Anteriors endontically first to
supress the pain and stop the caries progression. Contemporary modalities such as
Custom-Made fiber-post and core was used to preserve the remaining tooth structure.
Some Molars required biomimetic Advance adhesive dentistry to preserve or to
Construct Partial Coverage restoration.
Techniques used in this Case to Achieve the best Management and maximum longevity:
• Custom-made Chairside Fiber-Post and Core
• Fiber- Post Cementation and Complete core with veneering for lower Anteriors
• Biomimetic Approach for Preservation of Upper and Lower molars that are either
badly destructed or mutilated
• Indirect overlay coverage with heated composite cementation on Bio-base
(EverX+Ribbond)
• MTA and indirect Pulp capping to preserve the tooth vitality
• Complete composite Veneer of upper and lower Anteriors
