Introduction
Restoring endodontically treated posterior teeth is always a clinical challenge due to significant loss of tooth structure and increased susceptibility to fracture. Modern adhesive dentistry allows for conservative, biomimetic approaches using fiber-reinforced composites to mimic dentin behavior and improve long-term prognosis.
