Tooth #15 and #16 has been treated by very bad quality glass ionomer restorations. the patient attended our clinic seeking to fix those restorations so here we chose to go by direct composite restorations and maintaining the healthy intact marginal ridges.
neospectra LV from dentsply was used here along prime & bond universal bond from dentally.
saddle matrices from TOR VM.
I chose to build and complete #15 all first, then removed the matrix and placed the blue ring from dentsply to get the right separation, contact and contour for building tooth #16.
layering technique was used for building both #15 & #16.
