1- Management of the severe gag reflex: was done using thick alginate mix accompanied with upright position through impression procedure.
2- Accurate Impression Techniques: Ensuring a precise fit and maximum comfort using zinc oxide eugenol impression material.
3- Occlusal Balancing: Establishing proper centric relation and function “I cannot rely on the previous centric occlusion of the patient due to severe over eruption of the teeth”.
4- Aesthetic Considerations: Customizing teeth positioning, shade, and proportion to enhance facial harmony in relation with patient’s age.
