A -34 years old patient came to pharos university dental clinic seeking for dental treatment with a chief complain Bad appearance, Loss of confidence and difficulty in mastication.
after history taking we found that he has Free medical and dental history
Recording his oral habits He neither brush nor floss
He is also a heavy smoker
then me and my partner Hisham Elgizawy discussed the treatment plan with our dean prof . dr . Ahmed Yahia Ashour
During intra oral examination we found he has a ,multiple cavities in all teeth
We start our treatment plan by Control phase:
1.Extraction of hopeless teeth.
2.Periodontal therapy .

Then we improve the periodontal health
the patient diagnosed by generalized mild chronic gingivitis and moderate periodontitis grade B So we did an scaling ,Then we gave the patient oral hygiene instructions brushing and flossing use a mouth wash and a proper diet
Then we’re starting holding phase to allow healing and recovery for 4 weeks

14 single crowns 11 ,12,13,14,,21,22, 24,41,42,43,31,32,33, ( zirconia crowns)
2 bridges 4 units (34,35,36 , 37 ),(44,45,46,47)(PFM crowns)
. And finally the maintenance phase.
