13-year-old female Patient Came to the Clinic Referred from Intern Doctors who did previously Endodontic Treatment for tooth No. 19. Upon Normal Clear Radiographic Examination Along with a Percussion Test that resulted in a Negative response. A Biomimetic Approach was Planned to Preserve what’s left of the tooth Structure since it was Comprised with missing lingual wall and almost intact 3 buccal, Mesial & Distal Walls. Indirect restoration was an option that was not feasible at the time of treatment. It was decided in the future for indirect restoration and buildup by direct restoration was started immediatly
