C/C-A young female(28 yo) came to the hospital with a complaint of rotates upper front left tooth and a broken right upper front tooth which she wanted to get it fixed before marriage.
O/E-#22-90 degrees Rotated lateral incisor
#12-Ellis Class I fracture.
T/D-#22-Slight mesial proximal surface trim in order to mask the rotation and then the buildup was done by Composite restoration.
