This patient attend one of the colleagues to close the spaces in his upper anterior region (upper laterals spaces ) , the dentist suggested making two zirconai crowns to close the space, the patient agreed at first, then after crown preparation the patient left the whole idea, he was uncomfortable to complete the treatment plan, so he visit my clinic for another solution for space closure, I referred him first to the orthodontist because he had multiple spaces in the upper jaw with crowding in the lower jaw, the orthodontist suggested making direct restorations on the prepared teeth to do the orthodontic treatment, so I start with upper right lateral building with direct composite restoration
