A case of direct restoration:
16 years old female patient want to change her foul old restoration on 11/21
But she has other issues as followed:
Right upper central incisor is protruded
left upper central incisor is Discolored
Laterals have proximal caries.
Irregular incisal edges of central incisors due to old habits (nail biting).
Treatment sequence :
FIRST VISIT
-Study Photographic pictures.
-Impression for wax up.
-Photoshop slime design (PSD).
-Then mock up.
SECOND VISIT
-Remove old restorations
-After applying palatal shell on centrals,masking of discolored central incisor with light dentine shade UD2
-remove caries on laterals and make shape correction
-finishing and polishing.
THIRD VISIT
-Minor adjustments.
-Photo session.

The treatment took about 11 hours
8.5 of which are chair-side with breaks.
