Hi..
The following case came to dental office complaining from old destructed amalgam restoration.
After,proper diagnosis each tooth revealed healthy pulp condition .
1- I started removing old restoration with medium size diamond rose head also, removing all undermined enamel
2- cavity design was preformed properly in each tooth
3- pulp liner placed in tooth no;37 after rubber dam insertion and good isolation
4-I tend to restore tooth no,37 first then tooth no,36 using sectional and saddle matrix system form TorVM
5- After finishing anatomy carving and shaping , I gone to finish restoration with yellow coded carbide flame and pre-polishing tips from Kenda
6- finally, polishing step using impreganted brush from ENA
