second premolar & second molar with old cavities
rubberdam applied then stated caries removal using caries detector dye .
sandblasting for cavities with aluminum oxide 29 micron.
first molar built up proximally with saddle matrices then occlusaly cusp by cusp technique with simple anatomy .
then started second premolar using sectional matrix & garrison ring for separation &simple anatomy obtained . Then second molar the same way .
funishing & polishing using one gloss from shofu & Eve occluflex & Optidisc from Kerr
postoperative occlusion check to obtain functional occlusal anatomy
