Treatment of fluorosis. The first stage was home whitening with Opalescence PF 10% in individual trays every night for 2 weeks. Then remineralizing therapy with Rocs Medical Minerals Sensitive gel in the same trays for 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks. The last step was microabrasion of the upper teeth from canine to canine with Opalustre (Ultradent).
The patient is now repeating remineralization therapy.
