A 22 years old female patient with endodontically treated tooth ( 7 years ago ) complain from discolored upper right central incisor.

Removal of old composite restoration from the palate side.
Gutta percha excess were removed 2mm below gingival margin and staining in the cavity removed by low-speed handpiece with round bur.
Measure the distance to the cervical area to put the separating material.
it may be GIC or composite, so as to prevent the internal bleaching materials reach the root to avoid future resorption of this area
the thickness of the composite between 1-2 mm
also it should be wings-like so the mesial and distal wings in cervical area covered with composite because this area is weak and resorption may occurs in this thin area
Using 37% phosphoric acid, pulp chamber was etched for 30-60 second, washed and dried, which resulted in the opening of dentinal tubules
Placement of the internal bleaching material (35 % H.P from ultradent ( opalescence endo ) )
Closing the cavity with temporary filing material, and schedule 5 days second appointment for her
the result after only 5 days, all the discoloration removed.
