The patient is 33 years old , business man , married and has a children .
Medical and dental history :
When the pt. asked about his medical history … medically free from any diseases that may interfere with our procedures.
The diagnostic aid : panoramic x-ray , clinical examination .
Gingival diagnosis : there is no inflammation in the ligaments .
Treatment plan :
1- asked the patient about his wishes .
2- remove all caries from all teeth , RCT and re RCT for all treated teeth
( 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,31,32,33,34,35,41,42,43,44,45)
3- extraction for lower left and right 6 molars and 7 lower left molars and immediate implanting for 6 lower left and 7 lower right ( immediate loading fro MONO Implant Swiss implants .
4- obturation of all canals by WellRoot Bioceramic sealer (crown down technique and single cone ) for ( 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,31,32,33,34,35,41,42,43,44,45 )
5- after post-obturation panorama … re_RCT for 32-33
5- fiber post for 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,31,32,33,34,35,41,42,43,44,45
6- impression upper and lower and take bite .
7- make proova ( proof ) for make sure for bite and occlusion before burning zirconia
8- final installation for upper and lower jaw by zirconia bridges
Upper jaw ( 3 bridges – 17-16-15-14 ) (13-12-11-21-22-23) (24-25-26-27)
Lower jaw one bridge from 37 to 47 .
