Patient presented with discomfort from food impaction and pain from bad RCT .
treatment done as the following:
1.clinical and radiographic examination.
2.removal of the amalgam restoration.
3.isolation.
4. Deep margin elevation + Immediate pre endo dentin seal with se bond .
5. re RCT
6. bio base formation ( ids + RC +ribbond + ever x posterior + apx composite)
7. Overlay preparation
8.cementation with heated apx composite.
