The patient complained of an unattractive smile due to an old restoration on the central incisor. She chipped the incisor as a child, and the tooth was restored many years ago. The restoration had changed color and lost its shape. We started by removing the old restoration and isolating the teeth with a rubber dam system. After the adhesive protocol with Opti Bond FL Kerr, we created a gingival ridge with Estelite Universal Flow Medium A2 flowable composite. The ridge held the rubber dam without using a clamp. Then, using a lavsan matrix, we restored the palatal wall with Estelite Universal Flow Medium A2, corrected it using a disk and Kerr Modeling Resin. The proximal wall was made with the same composite in shade A1. An opaque shade of Estelite Universal Flow High OPA2 was placed on the palatal wall to eliminate the grayness of the restoration. The dentine floor and mamelons were made from Asteria A2B. White Estelite Color paint was applied on top to imitate stains. The last layer of enamel was made with Estelite Universal Flow Medium A1.
