In the Era of adhesive dentistry the preservation of the badly carious teeth and restoring its functions is much easier than the past when we were using pins and screws and other mechanical retention means though of its disadvantages and its failure modes ,(that’s not mean it’s not working at all)
The adhesive dentistry find the solution for such severely decayed teeth with better result that close to or mimic the nature, as we now that the nature always ideal in its condition .
