Sinus lift by crestal approach with immediate implant placement.
As first step, a linear crestal window is opened by means of a sonic handpiece. After the Schneiderian membrane detachment, a BioOss Collagen graft is inserted.
In this case 3 Straumann Tissue Level Tapered Effect Implants have been placed.
A very important thing: you need to use tapered implants. The window’s size should allows the insertion of the end of the implant but must be lower than the diameter of the implants’ neck.
