Upper lateral incisor with periapical lesion
apical trephination was done using 25 k-file then shaping was done using step back technique till 70 taper 2
obturation was done using 70 taper 2 and bioceramic sealer (well root)
sealing was done using flowable and tokuyama alpha till the orifice
after that final restoration was done using omnichroma composite by free hand technique using spoon matrix
