2 years follow up: Healthy E. Max Crowns for upper Premolars.
45 years old male patient came our clinic suffering from severe sensitivity in one side of upper arch especially with drinking, also complaining from bad odour, food impaction , bleeding with brushing.
After history, clinical examination and X ray
We found unhealthy, very bad,non fitted,non esthetic and overhanging bridge.
After discussing the treatment plan.
We removed the bridge, bleeding occurred due to gingivitis for long period.
After 3 days we isolate the teeth with rubber dam.

Crown preparation, A silicone impression
Separated E max crown bonded with heated composite
Follow up 2 years
Note : we treated upper 6 in the same side with Endodontic treatment before 3 weeks and still with temporary filling until we finished premolars, we did direct composite restoration
