My patient came to our clinic complaining from pain with cold in the upper left side quadrant thats lasts for a few seconds, after examination and radiograph, treatment option is to replace defective old amalgam restoration with sealed and bonded resin restoration , after following-up for one week.. there was no pain with cold again
