This clinical case presents a comprehensive prosthetic rehabilitation involving two adjacent premolars—one restored with a Bredent (Sky Copa) dental implant and the other with a conventional full-coverage crown. The treatment aimed to achieve functional harmony and esthetic integration within the posterior segment. A bilayered zirconia system was selected for both restorations to ensure optimal strength, precision, and translucency, providing a natural match to the surrounding dentition. The prosthetic workflow emphasized precise occlusal calibration, marginal adaptation, and soft-tissue contouring around the implant emergence profile. The final outcome demonstrated successful biomechanical performance and esthetic harmony between the implant-supported crown and the natural tooth restoration, confirming bilayered zirconia as a reliable restorative material in posterior prosthetic solutions.
