A 16-year-old patient presented with a fractured anterior tooth following a traumatic accident, resulting in the loss of part of the tooth structure. The patient was seeking an immediate and minimally invasive solution, as he had an important occasion scheduled for the following day.
After clinical evaluation, a direct esthetic composite restoration was selected to restore the fractured portion of the tooth. Particular attention was given to reproducing the shape, proportions, shade, and natural anatomy of the adjacent tooth to achieve a harmonious and highly esthetic result.
A composite resin system from SHOFU was used for the restoration. The procedure was completed conservatively, with the primary objective of restoring both the function and natural appearance of the tooth while meeting the patient’s need for a rapid esthetic solution.
The final restoration provided a natural and seamless appearance, closely matching the adjacent tooth and allowing the patient to confidently attend his occasion the following day.
