The whole buccal wall was involved and the carious lesion extended sub gingivally .
We save about half a tooth with partial coverage.
Stop doing destructive full coverage crown !

Before cementation
Preparation was air abraded with 30 micron aluminum oxide
Etching with phosphric acid
Bond application without curing
And then final cementation with heated apx composite.
