Here we see the upper first premolar with old amalgam filling with defective margins and proximal caries mesially, also we see the canine that has proximal caries distally. So after placement of purple color rbber dam, for provide an isolation and comfy to Dentist during work
After removed of defective amalgam, we see the recurrent caries underneath it, so I removed it with precautions and accomplished with removal of proximal mesial caries of the same tooth
Here, after bonding and immediate dentin sealing,I decided to use a saddle matrix, I prefer to use it instead the conventional circumferential type, because it restore the contact points as natural and it easy when I have just one adjacent tooth, and because the adjacent tooth is canine so we should pay an extreme intention to restore contact point with it. The build up of proximal walls done by snow plow technique
After finish the 1st premolar, I start with canine to remove any caries. After removing caries i placed a sectional matrix band and and after applying 7th generation bond of shofu brand, I put some flow of flowable composite and moving the probe over it to confirm the seal , then after curing i start to build the proximal with packable composite then with layring of platal surface

Now it is contact between canine and 1st premolar
After polishing, done with wheel burs kit
