Patient came to our hospital with pulpotec restoration on lower 6 and the tooth shows alot of signs and symptoms & peri apical pathosis related to mesial and distal roots , by radiographic and clinical examination it revealed that :
1-broken file found in mesiobuccal root
2-ledge in mesiolingual root
3- calcification and ledge in distobuccal root
Ttt:
-Bybassing MB broken file then overcoming calcification of DB and two ledges in DB&ML canals &finally obturating 4 canals successfully by using gutta percha and bioceramic sealer
