I share with you this case of multiple reconstructions of a fourth quadrant.
The approach chosen was to minimize the loss of tooth structure with a direct mesial and distal approach of 4.6 while preserving the marginal ridge.
In adjacent cavities, except for doubts about the complete removal of decayed tissue, my protocol almost always provides for a boxless approach.
To help me check the most coronal portion in this type of direct interproximal cavity, as a good endodontist, I find the use of mirrors dedicated to endodontic surgery very interesting.
In this case, only Micerium composite was used:
UD4 – Dentin body
BF2 – Enamel
Bronw and White stain
