The patient is a young girl 28 years old with an anterior and lateral open bite with an insufficient upper frontal teeth exposure in the resting position of the lips. Treatment was accomplished with an invisibile bracketless fixed lingual orthodontic because patient didn’t want a visible appliance or something that could hurt her tongue or create phonics alteration. Biomechanical steps were: first the lower premolars extrusion and the upper frontal teeth extrusion by means of temporary skeletal anchorage and then a finishing phase with anterior vertical elastics.
