Case Presentation
A 34-year-old female patient presented to the dental clinic complaining of severe pain in the upper right quadrant of the jaw.
Upon clinical and radiographic evaluation, deep carious lesions were identified in the upper right first and second premolars (FDI: #14 and #15 / Universal: #5 and #4), leading to a diagnosis of irreversible pulpitis. Additionally, a simple carious lesion was observed in the upper right first molar (FDI: #16 / Universal: #3).
Root canal therapy was performed for teeth #14 and #15 to alleviate the severe pain and eradicate the pulpal infection, followed by post-endodontic restorative rehabilitation following a biomimetic approach. For tooth #16, caries excavation was successfully completed, and the tooth was directly restored using composite resin.
