A 36-year-old patient with pronounced tooth erosion, in the anamnesis, the patient states that he ate lemon every day while working on the cruiser (pay attention to the front teeth) combined with bruxismus. Treatmetn plan:
1.Orthodontic preparation for prosthetic rehabilitation 2.Prosthodontics
-Prosthodontics planned from the position of the central relation. Registered boundary movements required for individualization of the full adjustable articulator.
-Designed digital wax up for treatment plan and control of preparation on all teeth based on static and dynamic occlusion patterns.
-After tooth preparation, the patient left the office with temporary crowns made from previously designed wax up.
-After 24 hours to the patient got PMMA temporary crowns.
-The patient wore temporary crowns for 35 days, in the meantime 2 controls on which we corrected the bite and checked the elements of dynamic and static occlusion.
-Checking the shape of future monolitic restorations, according to the results obtained after balancing the occlusion on the temporary crowns. CR registered with lucia jiga at the first meeting,controled after prep and verified in the articulator.
-Cementing with Fuji cem 2 (visible parts of the remaining cement, focuse on the appearance of soft tissues on the day of cementation).
