Treatment plan :
1 – Deep scaling in the first session .
2 – Oral hygiene measures .
3 – Endodontic treatment .
4 – Rehabilitation of the teeth with posts and cores .
5- Laser gingival recontouring and making temp with no sharp egdes to make the gingiva heal at the desired shape of the temp with the same hygiene measures .
6- Then after 2 weeks preparation and impression .
7 – Emax crowns .
