Endodontic Treatment: Complete root canal treatment performed across all 3 canals (MB, DB, P).
Isolation & Deep Margin Elevation (DME)
Rubber dam isolation. Saddle matrix system stabilized with Teflon and double wedges to ensure a proper cervical seal and correct contact point.
Restoration: Restored using Ever× Flow (bulk-fill flowable composite for core/reinforcement) and Shofu packable composite for the final occlusal anatomy.
Outcome: Proper contact, optimal marginal seal, and restored anatomical function after final finishing, polishing, and occlusion check.
