A 26 years old patient came complaining from lower left first molar with a missing distal wall after doing the endodontic treatment.. we started the steps of the final restoration by creating the “bio-base” by
– creating a (depth cuts) to achieve a horizontal equally prep
– elevating the margin using (matrix in matrix tech) but i added a third one to achieve a maximum seal
– immediate dentin seal after elevation of the margin using flowable composite
– fiber reinforcement ever x for better durability & longevity
then the bio – base now is ready for receiving it’s overlay
