Female patient with white lesion spot on central incisor .
The lesion was deep so after diagnosis and evaluation { pre operative pictures }
Treatment started with rubber dam isolation followed by white lesion removal and cavity design.
sandblasting using Aquacare device (29 micron aluminum oxide powder).
adhesive system applied followed by composite resin application
first layer was dentin shade A20 from shofu
next layer was body shade A1 from shofu
last layer was enamel layer from shofu
then white stain application to mimic the adjacent central incisor.
polishing done using one gloss from shofu and Eve twist polishing system & Optishine from Kerr .
