20 yrs old female, had discomfort and pain from Vital molar with deep caries lesion nearly touching the pulp horn , no bleeding just shadow of the pulp.
in this situation , it is very commen to put a dycle or a therical ..etc but the result was not always as I wish , due to the weak bondability of these materials,by using only the gold standard bonding system I really noticed a big difference, (good bonding good seal better result) here is one of those cases
