Old Crowns were made 8 years ago and Patient was Told there is no any other alternative to make it better.
On the beginning patient wanted to change only old crowns( from 12 do 22) without touching canines.
After initlal analysis, there was sure that, the outcome we want to achieve could be huge compromise, due to significant mesio-distal dimension. After rational discussusion with the patient we decided to join canines to the treatent plan. And that was our maxium.
We had also limited budged, so we decided not to remove old posts and making root canal retreatments because there were no apical inflammation.
Becasue of very high smile line we decided to make almost everything in once.
