This case involves the comprehensive aesthetic and functional oral rehabilitation of a male patient in his early twenties presenting with a history of heavy smoking and poor oral hygiene. The initial clinical presentation revealed extensive, active carious lesions characterized by deep cavitations localized along the cervical and interproximal surfaces of the anterior dentition, compounded by significant generalized marginal gingiva inflammation.
