Bad material ! Bad technique !
Yes all these things absolutely lead to failure , but is the main cause in my opinion is the dentist’s mind🧠because as a dentist when we’re working “ our mind planning 📐and our hands working ⚒️“ It’s not a random work so , the same previous dentist of this case even with good material and instruments will get the same result because he has the same mentality and the same thinking
So we need to change their mentality💡 , not only the material and techniques to get a successful result
By taking care for diagnosis step , Isolation, caries removal, cavity designing, banding system, adhesive system, curing time, techniques, finishing and polishing steps, occlusal adjustment,etc..
when we thinking and planning seriously in each step of our work the success will be achieved and welcome to the long term follow up 💪❤️
