hi everyone 14years old patient came to our clinic seeking about treatment for his previous trauma.
after tooth diagnosis we find
: nonvital tooth
open apex
color change
loss of tooth structure
the treatment plan was:
✅RCT ( obturation with MTA to obtain maximum sealing and enhance our RCT treatment
✅internal bleaching with WBT as described by p.mange
✅composite restoration
Colour change due to trauma

Internal bleaching by using hydrogen peroxide by WBT
