A young 30-year-old patient comes to my attention complaining of acute pain on element 1.6.
Observing the periapical radiograph it is possible to notice a deep occlusal filling and a certain radiolucency and a correspondence of the apices of the same.
It was therefore decided to proceed with root canal therapy and, given the presence of the marginal ridges, it was decided to reconstruct the element with a direct composite reconstruction.
