It has been years since I prepped below the height of contour and invaded the biorim, but here we are back at Day 0. By the time I removed caries and old composite and reduced the thin lingual cusps, all that was left was connecting the margins at the line angle. I’ll be honest, for a split second, I thought about filling in all the defects with direct composite, but I did not because I was running late.
