5- Surgical crowns lengthening
6- Orthodontic phase for 2 months to treat the over eruption of posterior upper molars
7- Temporization period for about 3 months
8- Final preparation and gingival reshaping
9- Maxillary full arch lithium disilicate crowns and zirconia bridge
