A young female patient came to clinic with pain in her upper first molar , the tooth was sensitive to cold test with moderate response, treatment was to clean the tooth from old composite and caries adn indirect lithium disilicate overlay suggested and also restore the second premolar with direct composite

First molar was exposed due to extension of caries , so I widened it only in the site of exlosure to ensuer that the pulp is healthy and intact ,it appears from pulp color , appears as homogeneous, continues bloosd filled pulp tissue
MTA applied, IDS with G2 bond , RC with flowable composite
