The keys are :
1. Internal bevel incision ( marginal or para marginal ) you have to do thinning but Not over thinning of the gingiva
2. Split interdental papilla 1/3 VS 2/3 to prevent black triangles
3. Just remove 1 mm (ostectomy )
4. Keep the bone edge knife edge not thick (osteoplasty)
5. Finally reposition the flap just coronal to CEJ
AVOID BLUNT OR FAT MARGIN IN BONE AND SOFT TISSUE ( high chance of replase )
