61 years old female patient, carrying full mobile prostheses with knife edge ridge of mandible due horizontal and vertical bone resorption, wants more stability for her prosthesis.

Zerodonto supports a hybrid Postgraduate Master Course in Implantology and Bone Regeneration in agreement with the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome at the Gemelli Hospital.
Surgical procedure consist in a crestal incision, the horizontal ostectomy of the knife edge ridge to achieve an enough bone thickness to support the two fixtures for the retention of the overdenture . Eventually the surgery end with continuous suture.
After two months waiting for the osteointegration with submerged implants to avoid the horizontal and oblique forces caused by the mobile patient’s prosthesis, we opened with two small edge incision the two implants for the prosthetic finalization.
I used two ot equator as abutment for the overdenture.
I did an Opt X-ray control after 3 years that shows a great bone around the implants.
