Patient comes with complain of pain in upper left Lateral incisor with recurrence of infection through sinus. Advised extraction of Lateral incisor and immidiate implant placement. Patient was not willing for implant so extraction has been done and waited for 20 days after extraction. Once the socket was completely healed. Bridge was planned from upper left central incisor to upper left Canine.
