The prosthetic rehabilitation of particularly compromised teeth with loss of dental tissue, for caries or for endodontic therapies, which cannot be restored for these reasons with direct restorations, finds in the composite inlays-overlays the maximum expression of minimal invasiveness associated with functional respect and long-term protection. In this case the comparison with a direct OM restoration on 37, as the residual walls allowed a good prognosis and 2 indirect restorations on 36 and 35. The composite inlays were performed with the CAD-CAM technique and cemented with microhybrid composite in heated dough. THE PRECISION OF EXECUTION BOTH IN THE CLINICAL PHASE AND IN THE LABORATORY PHASE IS AN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
